The first UK search fund acquisition. Simon Webster raised Insearch Limited in 1995 — the first UK search fund ever raised — and acquired RSL the same year. He operated the business as CEO, sold it in 2005, and stepped down in 2007. A foundational reference point for the UK ETA story.
